Preliminary Information Form

This form is provided under Article 5 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation to inform you before your order becomes final. Approving it does not oblige you to place the order; it only confirms that you have been informed.

1. SELLER

2. BUYER

The name/title, delivery address, invoice address, phone number and e-mail address you declare in the order form.

3. ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCTS

• The products sold are BURTECH branded aerosol, chemical and technical maintenance products.
• Each product's name, code, box/pallet content, unit of sale and image are shown on its product card.
• Usage and storage conditions appear on the packaging; hazard and safety information is provided in the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) on request.
• Products are shipped in their original packaging with production and expiry information.

4. PRICE

No charge that is not shown in the order summary is applied. Prices are fixed at the moment the order is placed.

5. PAYMENT

• Credit/debit card with 3D Secure — infrastructure: PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş.
• PayTR payment link.
• Bank transfer or corporate payment instruction (wholesale channel only).

Your card data is never seen or stored by BURTECH; payment takes place on PayTR's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. The site uses SSL/TLS encryption throughout.

6. DELIVERY

• Retail from dealer: your order is forwarded to the authorised BURTECH dealer you select, for pickup or delivery. Estimated preparation time 1–3 business days.
• Wholesale from factory: shipped from the factory within 2–7 business days after payment confirmation, depending on pallet count and destination.
• The statutory maximum delivery period is 30 days in any case.
• Full terms are set out in "Delivery & Shipping Terms".

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are buying as a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without any justification or penalty.

• Send your notice to info@burtech.com.tr or in writing to Pelitli Mah. Şantiye Cad. No: 10/1, 41400 Gebze / KOCAELİ.
• The product must be returned unused, with its invoice and accessories, with the safety seal and packaging unopened.
• The refund is made within 14 days of receiving your notice, using your original payment method.
• Return shipping is at our expense if you use Anlaşmalı kargo firması.

Exceptions: aerosol and liquid chemical products whose seal/packaging has been opened, custom-filled or custom-labelled products, perishable products or products with an expiry date, and products inseparably mixed with others after delivery. See "Cancellation, Return & Withdrawal".

Wholesale purchases for commercial or professional purposes are not consumer transactions and are therefore outside the scope of the right of withdrawal.

8. COMPLAINTS

You may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at your place of purchase or residence, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade. Please first contact info@burtech.com.tr; requests are answered within 15 days at the latest.

9. RETENTION OF THE CONTRACT

The Distance Sales Agreement you approve and this form are sent with your order confirmation e-mail and retained by BURTECH for 10 years. You may request a copy at any time from info@burtech.com.tr.

10. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data shared during the order process is handled under the KVKK Privacy Notice published on this site. Payment data is shared with PayTR, and delivery data with the carrier and, in the retail channel, the dealer you select.

By approving this form you acknowledge that you have read and understood the preliminary information regarding the essential characteristics of the products, the VAT-inclusive price, payment and delivery details, the right of withdrawal and the complaint channels.
