BURTECH KİMYA SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("BURTECH") is committed to protecting the confidentiality of the information you share through https://www.burtech.com.tr. Detailed legal disclosure about the processing of personal data is set out in the KVKK Privacy Notice.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

• Order data: name/company, e-mail, phone, delivery and invoice address, order content.
• Payment data: amount, currency, order reference and payment result. Your card number, expiry date and CVV are never seen, processed or stored by BURTECH.
• Dealership applications: the company and contact details you submit.
• Technical data: IP address, browser/device information, security and transaction logs.
• Preferences: language and cookie choice.
• Location: only with your explicit permission and only to find the nearest dealer — it is never sent to or stored on our servers.

2. HOW WE USE IT

Only to take your order, collect payment, deliver the product, issue your invoice, provide after-sales support, evaluate dealership applications, keep the site secure and comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. SHARING

Only with the parties strictly necessary to provide the service: PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş. (payments and refunds), carriers (delivery), authorised BURTECH dealers (retail orders only), accounting/audit/legal providers (legal obligations), and competent authorities and courts where legally required.

4. PAYMENT SECURITY

4.1. Payments are processed through PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş., a payment institution licensed by the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye.

4.2. Card details are entered directly on PayTR's PCI-DSS compliant secure payment page; they never reach BURTECH's servers and are not stored by BURTECH.

4.3. All card transactions are protected by 3D Secure, requiring verification by your issuing bank.

4.4. SSL/TLS (HTTPS) encryption is used across the site, in particular on form and payment steps.

4.5. BURTECH receives only the transaction reference, amount, currency and result (successful/failed).

4.6. BURTECH never asks for card numbers, passwords or verification codes by e-mail, phone or message. If you receive such a request, do not respond and report it to info@burtech.com.tr.

5. SYSTEM AND DATA SECURITY

Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes; role-based access control isolates admin, dealer and customer data so each dealer sees only its own orders and prices; panel access is protected by time-limited session tokens (JWT); API endpoints are rate-limited and suspicious activity is logged; data is backed up regularly and backups are encrypted; security updates, risk analyses and tests are performed regularly.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Platform is not directed at persons under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn that we have, we delete it immediately.

7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Platform may link to third-party sites (e.g. our social media accounts). BURTECH is not responsible for their privacy practices.

8. COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGES

Campaign and newsletter messages are only sent with your prior consent under Law No. 6563. Every message offers a free opt-out, applied within 3 business days. Transactional notices such as order confirmations and delivery updates are outside this scope.

9. YOUR RIGHTS

You may exercise your rights under Article 11 of KVKK (information, correction, erasure, objection, etc.) using the Data Subject Application Form. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.

10. BREACH NOTIFICATION

If personal data is unlawfully obtained by third parties, notification is made to the Personal Data Protection Board and the affected individuals as soon as possible under Article 12/5 of KVKK.
