Cancellation, Return & Withdrawal Policy

1. ORDER CANCELLATION

1.1. Before dispatch: while your order is still being prepared you may cancel it free of charge by e-mailing info@burtech.com.tr with your order number. Amounts charged are refunded within 14 days at the latest.

1.2. After dispatch: an order that has already shipped cannot be cancelled; the right of withdrawal (Section 2) applies instead.

1.3. Cancellations by BURTECH: if a product is out of stock, a price/stock error occurs or a force-majeure event intervenes, we may cancel your order. You are informed immediately and the full amount is refunded within 14 days, with no deduction.

1.4. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically and nothing is charged.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CONSUMER PURCHASES)

2.1. Period: a buyer acting as a consumer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without justification or penalty.

2.2. Notice: it is sufficient to notify us within that period — e-mail info@burtech.com.tr (subject: "Withdrawal — [order no]"), in writing to Pelitli Mah. Şantiye Cad. No: 10/1, 41400 Gebze / KOCAELİ, or by phone at 0850 244 18 80.

2.3. Condition of the goods: the product must be unused, in its original packaging, with the safety seal/tape unopened, complete with its invoice and any accessories.

2.4. Refund: the total amount, including delivery costs where applicable, is refunded within 14 days of receiving your notice, using your original payment method. We collect the goods within 20 days. Card refunds typically appear within 2–10 business days depending on your bank.

2.5. Return shipping: free when you use Anlaşmalı kargo firması with the return code we provide; otherwise the cost is yours.

3. PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM WITHDRAWAL

Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation:

• Aerosol and liquid chemical products whose packaging, tape, seal or protective film has been opened — return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons.
• Products custom-filled or custom-labelled to the buyer's specifications.
• Perishable products or products with an expiry date.
• Products inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
• Products whose price depends on financial-market fluctuations beyond our control.

These exceptions do not affect your statutory rights where the product is defective, incomplete or undelivered.

4. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED DELIVERIES

4.1. Please inspect the parcel on delivery. Do not accept crushed, wet, opened or leaking parcels — have the carrier record it in a report and notify info@burtech.com.tr the same day.

4.2. For defective products you may exercise the optional rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6502: withdrawal, price reduction, free repair, or replacement with a defect-free equivalent. Return shipping for defective products is always at our expense.

4.3. Wrong or incomplete shipments and manufacturing defects are replaced free of charge or refunded in full.

5. COMMERCIAL (WHOLESALE / B2B) ORDERS

5.1. Purchases made for commercial or professional purposes through the wholesale channel are not consumer transactions and are therefore outside the scope of the right of withdrawal.

5.2. Cancellation requests for such orders are considered if submitted in writing before dispatch and are subject to BURTECH's approval.

5.3. Claims for defective, incomplete or undelivered goods are reserved. In commercial sales, defects must be notified within 8 days of delivery (Turkish Commercial Code Art. 23).

6. REFUND METHODS

Refunds are always made to the person who paid, using the original payment method.

8. COMPLAINTS

Requests reaching info@burtech.com.tr are answered within 15 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at your place of residence or purchase.
